Carol Mould – My Story
I am an independent organisational psychologist, based in Claremont in Cape Town.
I provide coaching and consulting services to assist individuals of all ages to create and maintain meaningful careers suited to their life stage and context. I have a particular interest in helping mid-career professionals to make transitions, either within formal employment, or to open their own businesses.
I have many years of experience working in organisations of different sizes, ranging from just one person (me!) to corporate organisations employing several thousand people. In my consulting and coaching work, I have also interacted with clients working in organisations of all shapes and sizes.
These varied experiences have afforded me the opportunity to appreciate the potential challenges and opportunities that individuals might face during their careers, and I draw on this background when assisting clients to plot the next stage in their career journeys.
